BINUS SCHOOL Serpong Recognition Day 2016
Serpong, June 3, 2016 – The precious from an achievement is not the accomplishment itself, but the hard work the students have gone through to achieve their goals. Babe Ruth, a former baseball player said, “It’s hard to beat a person who never gives up”. BINUS SCHOOL Serpong’s students kept pushing themselves harder to reach the top. This recognition day is to acknowledge the hard work, determination and perseverance of the students.
It is a time to give out hard earned awards in both academics and affective to grades 7-11 students. A special highlight is the special awards, meritorious achievement award given to the Mejakita students. The meritorious achievement award is presented to students who have extraordinarily overcome and contributed to the community bestowing honour and pride to the School. The Widia Scholarship award was also presented to the top student in each cohort in grade 11 (from Science, Socials and ICT) and the Model Student and Leadership Awardees. Ms Sherrie, together with the Vice principals – Ms Regina, Ms Mariza and Mr Henry, and the Managing Directors Mr Michael Hadipoespito and Mr Francis Santoso presented these special awards.
