FLAG RAISING CEREMONY 2019
“To bully is to steal someone’s happiness. Is that really what you want to do?”
Of course not. It’s not okay to disrespect, degrade, and humiliate a person. On a bright Monday morning on the 4th of March, Allegra, our Student Council President shared with us some advices about bullying.
People who bully are people who experienced being bullied. So, it’s a cycle. The first person bullied the second person and the second person bullied the third and so on. Bullying can have significant negative outcomes, for both the bully and the victim.
So what will you do if you see someone being bullied?
- Ask a group of friends to help the victim.
- Report it to a responsible adult.
- Befriend the victim so the victim is not alone.
- And more importantly, we must practice our 6 pillars of character and Social Emotional Learning.
Let’s stop bullying and spread happiness in school.
