Admission Procedures for Elementary

Registration Documents

  • Completed registration package and signed declaration form with a Rp. 6.000 duty stamp.
  • 4 (four) recent photographs, size 3 x 4 cm.
  • 2 (two) copies of the candidate’s Birth Certificate.
  • 1 (one) copy of the candidate’s Report Card from previous level of education.

For Indonesian Students:

  • 1 (one) copy of parent’s (father & mother)/guardian’s Identity Card.
  • 1 (one) copy of the Family Card (stating candidate’s name).

Please bring the original Family Card to be shown to the Marketing Staff (only for sibling Enrolment) in BINUS SCHOOL Serpong.

For Expatriate Students:

  • 1(one) copy of parents (father & mother)/ guardian and candidate’s passport.
  • 1(one) copy of parents (father & mother)/ guardian and candidate’s KITAS.
  • Recommendation Letter for studying in Indonesia from Ministry of Education and Culture (KemDikBud).
  • Notification Letter of Equivalence from Ministry of Education and Culture (KemDikBud).

    Hello, do you have room for our son in Yr-4 stating in jan16? How much is the school fees? Do you have a list of your teachers with their brief qualifications? Right now she's attending school in Dubai but we will move to Jakarta after the school end here. She's in Year 1and she's 6 + .     Hi there We are moving back to Indonesia in April 2018. I'm interested in enrolling my son at your school. He is currently 11 years old, year 6 in Perth Australia.     rencana mau mendaftar buat anak saya usia mau 9 tahun, sekarang anak saya masih sekolah dasar international di Siem Reap Kamboja level 3 atau kelas 3, apa saja persyaratannnya kalau mau masuk ke Binus dan apakah bisa lanjut ke kelas 3 disana ? Terimakasih
