3. Observation, Interview & Entrance Test

As part of the admissions process, we take the opportunity to get to know your child beyond their application. Depending on their programme and grade level, the assessment may include an observation, interview, school readiness assessment, or entrance test.

EY 1–3

Student Observation & Parent Interview*

1st Stage: Online Entrance Test

2nd Stage: Interview Test*

These assessments help us understand each student's readiness and support a smooth transition into their learning journey at BINUS SCHOOL Serpong.

4. Application Review & Decision

Reviewing Your Application

Once your child has completed the required admissions assessment, their application will be reviewed based on the relevant requirements, including assessment results and previous academic records.

The admissions process will then proceed according to the following timeline:

Admissions Announcement

Within 5 working days after the entrance test

Re-registration

Within 3 working days after the admissions announcement

Term School Fees Payment

Within 1 month after the first payment

Our Admissions Team will guide you through each step and provide the necessary information regarding your child's application and enrolment.

5. Welcome to BINUS SCHOOL Serpong

Indonesian Students

Recent photo (white background with well-groomed hair and ears clearly visible), birth certificate, family card signed by Dukcapil, father’s & mother’s/guardian’s ID card.

Candidate’s report card/progress report from previous level of education with status:

(EY 1–Grade 1: report card min. 3 years before, Grade 2–6: report card Grade 1–last grade, Grade 7: report card Grade 7, Grade 8: report card Grade 7–8, Grade 9: report card Grade 7–9, Grade 10: report card Grade 7–9, Grade 11: report card Grade 10 – English/Indonesian version)

Expatriate Students

Recent photo (white background with well-groomed hair and ears clearly visible), birth certificate, father’s & mother’s/guardian’s valid passport & KITAS.
