Ms. Elsie’s Story at The 17th International Leadership Conference

Having dedicated over 35 years to the field of education, Ms. Elsie L. Bait, Principal of BINUS SCHOOL Semarang, is set to share her story at The 17th International Leadership Conference through its sessions on Leadership Stories.

Embedded within her educational philosophy, Ms. Elsie emphasizes the significance of both empathy and emotional intelligence. Moreover, Ms. Elsie will share her experience as the Principal of BINUS SCHOOL Semarang, the fourth institution under BINUS SCHOOL Education.

The 17th International Leadership Conference will take place in Bali, Indonesia, from September 7-9.
