At our school, wellbeing isn’t an add-on—it’s at the heart of everything we do. We believe that every student deserves to feel safe, valued, and supported. That’s why our Secondary School Wellbeing Department works hand-in-hand with students, families, and teachers to nurture not just academic success, but personal growth, emotional resilience, and positive relationships.

Our Wellbeing Department brings together Guidance Counselors and Level Heads, forming a strong, collaborative team that supports students from multiple angles—academic, emotional, social, and behavioral. Take a closer look, here are the division of the department:

  • Guidance Counselors
Provide personal, social, emotional, and academic support through one-on-one and group counseling, workshops, and behavioral coaching.

We are fortunate to have six guidance counsellor (1 dedicated counsellor per grade level) focusing on student wellbeing and one university guidance counsellor to provide guidance of academic pathways.

  • Level Heads
Oversee student wellbeing and conduct, including discipline, within each grade level, working closely with homeroom teachers and counselors to monitor progress, coordinate supports, and follow through on interventions

Together, they create a seamless web of support—ensuring that students receive consistent care, meaningful feedback, and timely interventions when needed.

Our Belief

Success isn’t just about grades—it’s about growth, character, and confidence. At every stage, our Wellbeing Team is here to walk beside each student with care, clarity, and purpose. By combining PBIS and MTSS, we ensure that every learner feels capable, connected, and ready to thrive.

What Makes Our Approach Unique?

  • It’s student-centered: activities are shaped by student surveys, reflections, and feedback
  • It’s integrated: behavior, wellbeing, and academics aren’t separate silos—they’re connected
  • It’s data-informed: interventions are guided by needs assessments, observations, and progress tracking
  • It’s inclusive: every student receives the support they need, when they need it
